Questions

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Chatham, NJ, and cover programs across the Northeast. Travel within 50 miles is included.

Do we own the photos and videos?

You get full rights to use everything on social media, your website, newsletters and marketing. Noe Eyes keeps copyright and may use select images in our portfolio.

What about photographing minors?

We work with your school or club's media release process and follow a no-names-on-minors rule for public posts unless you say otherwise.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Prepay 12 months and save 10%.

What if we miss a session?

Unused sessions roll over to the next month (one month only).

Can parents buy photos?

Yes. We can open a parent gallery for any shoot, and your program can share in the sales.

Do you only shoot tennis?

Tennis is our specialty, but we cover other school and college sports too — just ask.
